This is a rewrite of a story I never finished as I lost interest in it. I do hope that my writing skills have in proved since then and that this story will actual see the daylight. With that being said I hope that whoever sees this story enjoys it. I do however, own my OC Luna.

"I will stay safe. I promise," I said, pulling back and looking her in the eyes. They were red and puffy from crying, and her face was tearstained. I dried her tears, and her sobbing slowed to a stop. She took a shuddering breath and hugged me tightly. "You promise?" Míreth said quietly. "I promise," I whispered back. I held her tightly. "When I come back, we can live a happy, normal life together. I will come back. Alright?" I hoped the word together would hit a nerve. I did. Míreth pulled back, new tears of hope in her eyes. When they started spilling down her face, I dried them quickly with my shirtsleeve. ~*~*~*~ I do not own any of the Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit characters. It becomes much more problematic than your usual adventure wherein the reader is a skin changer with alpha blood that allows her to shift into any creature; all she has to do is merely look at the animal she wants to turn into. Along with this comes soul bound mates-that are a natural thing for skin changers, likewise for the dwarves it is finding their one. How will Thorin behave when he discovers his one in the powerful skin changer? He says he'll wait till the quest is over but can he make it that long? For the reader, it's a whole new journey in more ways than one. Neither parties want to give up their mate as they are only blessed with just one in a lifetime. Isola is a young hobbit woman who lives in the Shire with her less than parent worthy father. So she spends most of her free time with her cousin, Bilbo Baggins. One day, a wizard whom she vaguely remembers as Gandalf, comes to her while she is at work and asks her to join him and Bilbo at dinner that night for talk of a quest. She agrees to come to dinner, and is suprised to find a whole company of dwarves who are charming in their own way at her cousin's home. Isola joins the company for the adventure, and she learns that family does not have to be blood, and what it means to belong. And unexpected to her, she finds the one she'll never forget, and the one she'll never let go of. I would like to add that the chapters you read will not be fully edited until I complete the book. So there will be typos, flaws in the plot, ect. I am going to do some heavy editing at the end. Everything up until then is more of a draft. I do not own anything exept for Isola and some added plot. Everything else belongs to Peter Jackson and John Ronald Reuel Tolkein. Thank you! UPDATE!!!!!! As of right now, my book is on hold.
