Alison is faced with many complicated things in life. From being a loner to hopping from one relationship to another. Her life became a rocky road after the death of her father. Then, her mom left one day randomly. Therefore Alison hates her mom with a fiery passion. When her mom comes back into her life, everything is turned upside-down. Everything causes Alison to think about how complicated her life is. From having so many problems to facing her biggest fears. At so many points in life Ali seems to think that life is a game that loves picking on her, and isn't very fair. Other times her life is the best thing that ever happened to her. After she realizes one of her closest friends is in love with her she isn't ready for another relationship. It's the best she's felt in years and she doesn't want it to stop.. After everything happens all Alison can think about is how it's complicated.
