A strange noise

It was a Saturday night , Megan parents were at work .
She was playing on the computer when suddenly she heard a strange noise coming from her room .
She didn't believed in ghosts so she wasn't afraid. .. As she went into the room and saw her books on the floor she assumed it was her cat .
She went back to the computer . After 5 min she heard that noise again but this time coming from her bathroom , there she saw her dead cat and in the mirror there was a note written with blood probably the cat's. Megan was now in panic, she called her mom and told her what happened, her mother didn't believed her and told her to go to sleep .
The next day when her mother got home saw Megan on the floor and called the ambulance. Since then Megan is considered crazy because she sees a women dressed in white with a knife in her head that wants to kill her .
