Alpha by heart

Alex Strauss was very popular in high school, he wasn't a jock or bully or anything worth interest but he was popular. The cause of his popularity was his status, his blood, he was the future alpha of the Shadow blood pack. But he wasn't your typical Alpha, he was short, shy and quiet but his pack never judged him on his appearance. They knew their Alpha and what he was capable of doing, but other packs highly doubted him and were waiting to strike the day the reins of the pack fall into his hands.

Kevin Harrington was the head warrior of Shadow blood pack, he was a cold, tough and intimidating guy. He lost his family in a rough attack but that day he lost his emotions as well. He never talked with anyone in the pack apart from his two best friends, people even said he was so emotionless he didn't want a mate but it wasn't true. Kevin found his mate four years ago but his mate was underage, he was waiting for his mate to come to age and to finally have a family with him. He knew his mate was a kind person but he couldn't help but fear rejection.

What will happen when the mates finally meet and a mystery starts to unveil in front of them? Would they be able to solve the mystery and survive till the end?
