Stefany, the main character has an over protective and abusive farther. She can't go out with her friends or outside the house unless its for school. But most importantly she can't talk to boys. One school day she stubbles across a white French boy called Noah. Stunned of how cute he looks, she drops her books and papers after colliding to a white pillar. Noah rushes to help her and it was at that moment she fell in love with him. She tried to get as close to him as possible but only managed to become best friends with him. She is finding it hard to tell her true feelings to him because her dad never taught her confidence. He has always just locked her up and told her to never speak when adults are speaking.
