Pikafé,
Started as a small cafe in Galar run by only one boy and his Pikachu, it's started when Ash Ketchum, the boy mentioned traveled to the Galar region after winning the Alola League and decided to take a break from all the battling.
He opened a Café called 'Pikafé', it was small and humble at first but it eventually caught everyone's attention when Ash made his Pokémon work as staff in the Café, leading him to meet Goh, a researcher from his homeland Kanto, and the two falls in love without realizing it.

Have you ever wondered what Ash's journey would be if he were in Galar? Well, I'm creating my own rewrite to imagine what that would be like. The plot is about a ten-year-old boy named Ash Ketchum and his first partner named Pikachu, who travels to a new region called Galar. His goal is to challenge Leon, the unbeatable champion. Galar is home to its strong and competitive trainers, so the road will be a challenge for him. Ash is also traveling with two companions: a young adult woman named Sonia, who is also the granddaughter of Professor Magnolia; and a boy named Hop, who's Leon's Younger Brother and share the same goal from Ash of dethroning Leon. Together, the trio travels to the first section of Galar, meeting new trainers and Pokémon and learning about Galar history and secrets.
