They opened...slowly.
Oh shit...
As they opened I noticed it, I mean hell...how could you not notice it? The black creeping it's way to the center of his eyes, the red springing forth, erupting like a firecracker on the iris. It overtook the black in some areas and creased his eyes like demonic laugh lines...
But he wasn't laughing...
They were hellish, they were windows- no...doorways to death itself.
All this time and we never noticed? He was one of them...

A young girl named (y/n) lived in a world belonging to two. Ghouls and humans. Though she was taught to fear and hate ghouls, she just couldn't. Something inside of her told her that not all were bad, and she believed that. Going to a bookstore, she met someone. He had an eye-patch and black hair. His right eye was grey. They talk for a while, then parted ways. Both the boy and the girl felt something. It was something that (y/n) never felt before. Her face would heat up at the thought of him. Picturing him would send butterflies to her stomach. And remembering their conversation made her heart melt. She had fallen in love. They meet once again in a cafe called Anteiku. That's when they started to date from there. Though, once they start dating, very interesting things happen. She meets and learns new things about people and is shocked to hear about Kaneki's secret about him being half ghoul. But that doesn't stop her from dating him. They both love each other very much and always cuddled with every chance they gotten. Something happens and (y/n) is clueless. She has no idea where Kaneki was for ten days and it gotten her worried. Y/N didn't live the best of lives. At the young age of eight he came home to discover his parents murdered. It was later discovered that ghouls were responsible. Not having a whole lot of family he moved in with his aunt who'd neglect and abuse him. His whole childhood he grew up alone until high school came along and he met a friend by the name of John. He's what got him through those four years by simply being there for him. Unfortunately he to was killed by a ghoul. Y/N had nothing. Wanting to just escape everything at the end of high school he enlisted in the US Army Rangers. During his five years of service he was stationed in Japan he enjoyed the city of Tokyo a lot. By the time he retired he decided on moving to Tokyo where he quickly picked up Japanese. With the money he got from the military he bought a small bookstore that had an apartment just above it. The area of Tokyo be lived in had very few if any ghoul attacks. His view on them changed over time as he'd be rescued by one on his way back from a store. Eventually he'd begin to not only sympathize them but understand them. One day Y/N decided to head to a local coffee shop where he laid eyes on what he thought was the most beautiful woman ever. After being attacked by Rize Kamishiro's twin sister, Remi, Hinata undergoes an organ transplant that saves his life. Though it also turns him into the most feared thing in the world. A ghoul. He relies on two other ghouls, the two that saved his life. Kageyama Tobio and Sugawara Koushi, The Black King and The Silver Crow. Though, after the CCG arrests his mother and little sister, Hinata and Kageyama flee to Tokyo. They join a group of ghouls at the cafe known as Anteiku, two of them being none other than Kuroo Tetsuro and Kozume Kenma. Though, the violence and CCG threats don't stop there. And neither do Hinata's growing emotions towards Kageyama.
