Let's do this ladies!! Here is your week 1 workout. This is a beginner INTRO workout.
Take a 1-minute break in between exercises
COMPLETE 3 ROUNDS PLEASE. Take a 2-3 minute break in between rounds.
Warm-up for 5 minutes however you choose. Stretch your whole body and get it warmed up.
Give this workout a try, test out the exercises, see where you are at.
All you need are resistance bands. If you are a beginner start with a lighter band.
Don't forget to breathe!!!
Don't be fooled these exercises are challenging, so do what you can.
