Jeff leads a life of a serial killer, famous for his line "Shh just go to sleep." He's in for a surprise when Mr. Popper's enters his life, like Samantha isn't enough. Mr. Popper's just LOVES driving Jeff insane every chance he gets; he drives him insane so much that sometimes he regrets getting him. Mr. Popper's is an asshole at times, and a duche at others, but through all of it he manages to keep off Jeff's "To do list".
