A story I made a long time ago and have just recently found and done some small editing.
This is the story of a small Gnome by Christopher Drinkwater, a Gnome raised by Humans and abandoned, continued to be raised alongside his people in Gwasgow. A cunning hunter's world changes when a Dwarven Royal Guard, Nalak Spirit-Smasher, seeks for his lost prince that he was escorting. The Prince carries a powerful gem called the Crater Creator with unknown properties and fears for his safe return to the kingdom. Christopher helps to receive the Prince and the gem, but to what avail and will he perish leaving his home? Christopher's life is in the hands of a drunk, belligerent Dwarf, maybe this quest is not worth the change in scenery...

When a group of Bryrwood elves are captured in the East Mountains by an old witch, a reluctant mercenary is tasked by a Western King to aid an escaped elf in rescuing his surviving comrades. But what they find is far worse than a simple witch and her grotesque "children". -------------------- Jhon Darric is your average, run-of-the-mill mercenary; he fights for gold and silver, and then he drinks it away. Known to have a shadowy past he refuses to talk about, he considers himself a "lone soul", and doesn't find the need for friends. He'll do any job for money, so long as he can bloody his blade too. When he's called upon by King Eudmond to assist a company of soldiers to investigate the claim of a Thalovin elf, his whole world is turned upside down when he is thrust into a battle against a powerful witch whose intentions are unknown, but surely evil - and he is left with the choice of becoming a hero and discovering his destiny, or turning his back and returning to a life of drinking and peace. -------------------- Elindir is not just another Bryrwood elf, he is a Thalovin of the Bryrwood; an order of intensely trained elves who are trained to be the most deadliest warriors of their kingdom, and potentially their entire race. Known as the "First Order", Thalovin elves have been trained and tested since they first walked Midland. He is assigned to a small group of Thalovin elves, along with a mage of the Magi Order, a warrior and twin girls, who are tasked to scout along the treacherous East Mountains, where his group is ambushed by a witch and her grotesque, wolf-goblin like creatures. He manages to escape the witches grasp, but now must seek help from the Western Kings of Midland in order to rescue his companions - if any have survived. -------------------- Copyright January 2025. Agony • Concealed Memories | | Thranduil

19 parts Complete

When a darkness spreads across Mirkwood, a mighty elven kingdom is robbed from its bliss. A once vibrant people hides behind the walls of their kingdom and the forest grew into a bleak and uneasy place. The other realms suspected Thranduil of being embittered by Saurons return, the growing darkening of his kingdom and the domination of Shelob's children beneath the canopy of his forest. Nothing could've been further from the truth. There was another reason why Thranduil grew bitter and isolated. A reason no one dared to speak about. And as people stopped talking about it, memories faded, got twisted and turned, until dozens of versions left people confused. They had forgotten Thranduils love for life, for his kingdom. The memories fell into extinction and people no longer remembered. Except for Thranduil. This is the story of Thranduil and the memories he hid in the depths of his soul. A pain that has wrenched his heart. A pain that can best be described as; 'agony.'
