This is the story of a band of brothers in the midst of a world re-created after a nuclear war. From the days of picking scraps out of alley way garbage cans, to escaping the clutches of a governmental program, to leading a world reborn. The first part is the easiest, a past with no future to see. The second a steady decline into a routine, a fortress underground and no way of seeing better days. The third a paradise finally found, but one that must be fought for. Three stories. Three perspectives. Three separate lives. And in the battle between age, wisdom, and ethics we find ourselves wondering: is there such a thing as "the good guys"? Is there such a thing once the story is set and done?
