"Chase," she whispered, terror in her eyes. And I didn't blame her. Because instead of the blue veins that everyone else had, there was gold flame. 

When a nuclear bomb hit the country of Uzinia, destroying the upper class and cities, and leaving only a bare minimum, the world was left in terror. Now, ten years later with the world in ruins, gangs on the street, people living in trailers and a cruel government, Chase's world is slowly breaking. With abusive stepsiblings, no real home or education and a sick relative of a close friend, life isn't easy. But he also has a deadly secret that's affecting him more and more as each day passes. And somehow that secret is connected to the man behind the nuclear bomb. And as lingering memories of ashes, dust and fallen stars start to reappear after many years, Chase's worry begins to escalate. I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. And is possibly still happening today. This is a story about a boy named Blokko Siere. When he was a baby, he was found in a forest fire, and adopted by the Siere family. He also has a brother named Eren. One day at school, he runs into a girl with beautiful white hair and eyes, and after knocking into her, hears a voice in her bag. The two meet again later in class, as she is introduced as the new exchange student, Yaoshida Mercy. The two get to know each other, and go on a little tree date. Thing end up moving fast, and after giving out some harsh words, they end up in a world of Half-Breeds, ruled by the powerful dragons. Blokko is told the truth about Yaoshida, and shortly after meets her assistant Merisiel. These three must find the mastermind behind Prince Blades fall to Earth, and stop them from destroying the world of Half-Breeds. (This story has its moment, like some cute romance scenes, and a fight scene. I put a lot of time working on this, and I hope you enjoy.)
