Lucius is in a asylum until he finds a way out and manages to escape.He is then founded by a couple of cops.He is put through a lot and ends up moving from foster home to foster home.

When moving they start wondering how he is getting out at night.They realize that he needs to be adopted quick.The first couple takes him and they are very rich.Once they adopt, they dress him and make him a little boy.Killing victims in the house would be a breeze.12 people on a list.12 people left to kill.
