A knock on the door made her scowled, she was already getting tired "come in"
Rayn walked in and Alexa jolted staring at him "Can I seat? " he asked but Alexa kept mute.

He decided to stand as he didn't get an answer from her "Eh. Alexa. I'm sorry for what happened in the kitchen today, I was just surprised seeing you around" he cleared his throat while gauging Alexa's body movements and expressions.

He could tell she was hearing him as her angry eyes went soft and influenced. It ginger him to continue talking "About what happened that day at my office, I'm sorry the way I talked to you, I was pissed off at something that was bothering me and I'm so sorry I took it out on you.... "

"Rayn. It's okay" Alexa finally spoke and as her words fell on the Devils heart, he chuckled darkly to himself and smiled sheepishly.

His words did had an effect on Alexa as she smiled back and eyed him looking away. He got the message, she was shy.

"So we cool? " He asked her and she nodded not wanting to meet his eyes. He nodded and walked out victoriously.

When he left Alexa shook her head. "Think girl, think" She said to herself, "You have a boyfriend. Keep your distance and he's your Boss at the office don't let anything he does have effect on you"
She leaned on her seat, shutting her eyes hoping her mind would say something but it was silent.
