A short Fairy-tale story about actions and consequences. After reading Grimm's Fairy tales I was inspired to create my own fairy-tale. Robert Carlson is a humble shoemaker who lives a modest life with his wife Elsa Carlson. However, his mothers bad attitude and constant nagging start to take a toll on his family life. But, when a eccentric customer gives them the option of a single wish will their dreams finally come true or is it wishful thinking?

*I have the other short stories in mind and am thinking of making a collection. If it is something you would want to see and you enjoyed this story please like and share.*

Rose Thornabell is the last witch in the Thornabell line. Her family was slaughtered by the king in front of her. She was taken from her home and imprisoned by the king for his own selfish needs. She thought this was going to be her life until she died. That was until a cursed prince appeared before her. Thaddeus Sliver was cursed when he was a child. Being the eldest, all he dreamed was to claim the throne when he was 25. With his 25th birthday around the corner, his dream seems to be out of reach. His younger brother, James, is in line for the crown. The king decided that having a cursed monster as king would bring shame to his name. He thought all hope was lost until he stumbled before Rose in the woods of the castle grounds. They come to an agreement to help each other. Break Thaddeus' curse and as king he'll release Rose from her imprisonment. But what happens when Thaddeus begins to have other motives to becoming king? What will happen when Rose begins to realize that maybe not all royals are monsters? "I don't just spout nonsense, Rose. I'm not a man that plays around. So, believe me when I tell you that I want you, I mean it." "You are my beauty I look to, to see the world. You're something I look upon to find peace in the war raging in my mind. You told me people see you and say monster, but when I see you, I think, home." None of the art I share is mine! I take no credit for the art. There will be mature themes in this story so please read at your own risk. I hope you stick around to find out what happens and thank you for reading my story!

She'd die for love. He didn't believe in love. *** From reading The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood, to watching 10 Things I Hate About You, to listening to You are in Love by Taylor Swift, Emily Kingsley's life is a sum of moments she has spent after romance. Watching, reading, listening or daydreaming, romance has never failed to comfort this high school junior of 17 years of age. She has her own issues: self-sabotage, lack of focus in studying, randomly popping up acne and not loving the way she looked. But she could forget all that as long as she is reading about two people falling in love and finding their happily ever after. Emily wants a romance for herself too, and she knows just the person for it. Landon McArther, a senior in her school. According to Emily, Landon is handsome, sophisticated, well-spoken and unlike any of the immature boys of her class who didn't get her at all. Landon was everything Emily has always dreamed about and moreover he appreciates her for the person she is. But there's just a teeny-tiny problem. Landon McArther has a girlfriend. While that wasn't in Emily's bingo card, she hopes, prays, and longs for the day Landon will be single (because he is Emily's soulmate, and he has to be) and awaits her chance for romance. At the same time, her seatmate in chemistry, the rumored delinquent, grumpy asshole Nathan Callahan, makes fun of her romantic dreams. Can Emily ever find true love? Completed. Every Thorn Needs Its Rose

7 parts Complete

Every girl sent to the castle beyond thorns was never heard from again. But that did not dissuade the townspeople from sending more to the dragon king, as gaining his favor was their only hope of restoring the barren land. Rosa accepted her mission as a sacrificial bride and hoped to accomplish what those before her could not. When the destined day came, fate smiled upon her, and the dragon king chose to spare her life despite his evident hatred for humans. It was not love at first sight. He simply felt a strange and impossible sense of familiarity when he laid his eyes upon Rosa despite having never seen her before. To discover why and fulfill his curiosity, he accepted the girl into the castle, keeping her alive but caged until the truth was revealed. As the secrets between them unravel like the petals of a blooming flower, will love come to blossom or wilt instead?
