Giyu and Shinobu, having fallen in love with each other promised that they would be together forever, however that promise is broken as Shinobu sacrifices herself to save everyone else from Upper Moon 2. Although dead, her soul promises that when both of them are reborn, they'll finally for fill their promise, and gaze upon the moon together once again.

This story is based off the last chapter of the manga in Demon Slayer, where the characters are reborn, except a bit later on.

A coming of age story placed after chapter 205 so spoilers ahead. Shinobu sees Giyuu as a little brother, especially since he's five years younger than her. However, for some reason, whenever she looks at him, she's reminded of someone. Someone who she loved very dearly.
