[Byleth stared wistfully up at his students. He was too far away to see the hatred that must be on their faces at the moment. Oh, to hell with it. This is the only way for them to live.]
Byleth understands that the only way to help them all stay alive is to unite them himself. So, he goes back to the start for the fifth time. He is determined to keep them all alive, through whatever means necessary Whether it was by their choice or by his force... that was up to them. With the strength of his Wolves and the sword on his back, he might just be able to win.
He fights for a gilded dawn, after all. He's not about to fall here

"BYLETH, YOU'RE DYING." Those were the words Byleth Eisner had heard her entire life...but it had never rang true. She had always known that the doctors were wrong, that she was going to keep living, but the fear of death was constant. Born with a heart that never beat, Byleth's life was constantly swamped with doctor's visits and frantic calls from the hospital. For her own sake, her life would continue on, especially now that she had become enlightened by Claude's presence. However, it doesn't take him long to figure out something is wrong with his new instructor. Claude promises to stand by her side, and help her. A Fire Emblem Three Houses high school vampire AU. Byleth is used to her father's job causing them to move suddenly, and has to start her senior year at a new school, Garreg Mach. Typically a loner, she doesn't expect to make new friends at a private academy, where everyone seems to already know everyone, but on the first day, she takes an interest in Hubert, while his friend Edelgard takes an interest in her. Byleth quickly finds herself growing close to both of them, unsure of her developing feelings for Hubert. She doesn't have any romantic experience, and Hubert is not only a strange guy, but also so close to Edelgard that it's hard to figure out what their relationship actually is. Not to mention her confusion where her own relationship with Edelgard is concerned... Amidst all of this, there are rumors floating around town regarding a strange series of killings. People say that the attacks look like the work of a vampire, and as Byleth's classmates begin to buy into these rumors, they start rumors of their own, involving one of Byleth's new friends. Hubert is strange, sure, but...a vampire? She doesn't want to believe it, because, after all, vampires don't exist. Main pairing is FByleth x Hubert x Edelgard x Ferdinand, with the OT4 being a rather slowburn.Terminé
