He was about to get into his car when Lumanti turned him around to face her and before he knew her lips were on his and both of them were kissing passionately under the recently cleared star lit sky. They kissed like it was the end of the world; too scared to see tomorrow, too much in love to let go. They broke off the kiss and without saying anything Lumanti went inside the building towards her apartment with tears threatening to flood out of her eyes.
