Lexi is a sophomore but she's not the average girl. She suffers with anorexia she goes in and out of hospitals and has been a Foster child all her life, in and out of homes. Until one day a family keeps her she thinks things are finally getting better. But she turns out to be wrong. Her Foster parents abuse her, they drink everyday. Lexi has never really fit in due to her anorexia, her music taste, her clothes, her hair and piercings, her scars, her being a nerd,and her never having a real home. But what happens when at Lexi's new school when the well known Jock and player Daniel falls in love with her? Lexi was once young, innocent, and perfect. She had the picture-perfect life and family to fit in with it all. She believed all those fairy tales her mom told her, about finding her prince charming - just like her mother did when she found her father.
