After the school festival and saying goodbye to ((his basically child) a girl who he saved from one of the most recent villian encounters) Eri ,he is walking back to his dorm. As he is walking back he is humming a song with a smile that stretched from ear to ear.

What happened to make this cheerful kid, smile drop?

[I listened to the song Green by Cavetown and somehow thought up this fanfiction. The song doesn't have anything to do with the story. (Though I guess the meaning and overall what this story is about is similar..)] Desc: Bakugo and Midoriya have a complicated relationship. To best friends, to bully and victim, to rivals and now.. Strangers? Yeah, Strangers is what you'd call them now. After an argument, Bakugo and Midoriya stop talking to each other. Nobody knows why or how it happened. Bakugo stops calling Midoriya, "Deku," and refers to his real name. Midoriya stops calling Bakugo, "Kacchan," and calls him Bakugo. Nobody is brave enough to question it, and it never gets addressed. Eventually, that becomes the norm. Bakugo and Midoriya CAN cooperate in lessons now, so the teachers say nothing. Bakugo and Midoriya don't fight anymore ̶(̶T̶h̶e̶y̶ ̶n̶e̶v̶e̶r̶ ̶t̶a̶l̶k̶ ̶a̶n̶y̶m̶o̶r̶e̶.̶)̶, so nobody says anything. It's all for the better, right? Well, that's what they tell themselves. He's saved two little kids from big time villains, defeated Hero Killer Stain, and survived two villain attacks in only his first year at UA, the top hero school in the country. You wouldn't expect him to have three part-time jobs, an impossibly sick mother, and to live in a dingy gang infested neighborhood, working himself to the bone just for dinner. You wouldn't expect him to make money by doing street performances with a break dancing group, or winning bets with the many gangs in the neighborhood. You certainly wouldn't expect the hero-in-training to commit petty theft to provide for the four other poor families that live on his street. But it's all true. He lives in a poor neighborhood where no one has a decent job and there isn't a single hero, not even an underground one. The kids there have only been to the city once or twice, and none of them have parents. One girl does, and was left there willingly. They regularly have to fight off the vermin trying to take their food, and consider a single dollar a fortune. This is Izuku's home. and, if his teacher doesn't find out what's going on soon and save him, it may be his deathbed.
