Years ago Touya Todoroki died in a house fire after a villain attacked the Todoroki household. He apparently never made it out and burned to ashes. They didn't burry a body!

A couple of years later a new villain emerges who has the exact same quirk as the deceased Todoroki his name Dabi.

Will the truth be uncovered?
