One day, a five year old boy came into a contact with a alien being from another world and was ask to to care of this one being. Over the years, Alan has been doing best to keep Sonic identity secret from the world, even from his sister.

But now, the secret will be revealed and the Planet Earth will be involve with an encounter that only Sonic and his best friend Alan can save from destruction.

Before they could start their search on Chaos Emeralds and fight Mephiles again, the Master Emerald glows up and spoke to them. He told them to find someone who would help them to defeat Mephiles and everything will be restored. Before they could ask, the Master Emerald glows up and teleporting the entire world of Sonic to another world. A mysterious yet magical world where mirrored their world but differently. That's where they meet new allies with special abilities and other creatures as the search for the Chaos Emeralds again who was got spread away. Will they find the person they are looking for and stop Mephiles from destroying everything? (This story is based on Sonic Prime and Sonic X Shadow Generations).
