The last thing that Oliver Queen remembered was that he was dying with Sara and Barry by his side after creating the new universe. He wakes up to find himself in the Monitor's realm. He is told that he will be able to return to his life on the new earth but their will be changes from the old earth. What will these changes be and will they be for the better?
