Ostin seems to have odd friends. Harris, who can see how a person is murdered by seeing the scene through a picture, Andria, who can speak to the dead through an old telephone, and Pod, who can see the dead. Though he is just a roommate of Harris and completely normal, he finds himself pulled into murder cases and somehow falling for Harris along the way. Then one day Harris discovers a serial killer that seems to be connected to the death of his sister. As he chases after the killer, he pulls Ostin and the rest of the crew through a case that could possibly kill them all.
