This is a scene demonstrating sleep pralysis. I wrote this short scene as a fun extra for you guys and as a brief insight into the world of sleep paralysis. If you or a friend has experienced sleep parslysis and would like to correct any details that I may have gotten wrong, please let me know. Have you ever walked outside at night? When it's so dark and you can't see a thing at first? I often do that and I'm never afraid. Because I know that after a while my eyes will adjust to the dark and I will be able to make things stand out. I'm always safe. I always know where I am. But not today, it was so dark, all I could see was a suffocating darkness around me. Aria my wolf huffed in annoyance when even she couldn't see a thing or couldn't pick up a scent around us. 'Ophelia, what's happening?' she muttered. 'I don't know' I whispered back aloud. The words had barely left my mouth when I heard something running quickly in our direction. I ran, not knowing what direction I was going. I tripped over something and fell flat on my face. Feeling a presence behind me I screamed and tried to crawl away...
