Hey guys, it's me the author of this book.
This book is gonna be based on actually me in life and how I get through the days of stress and my thoughts during the day.
And as you know, I don't self diagnose myself and all, but I think I seem to have anxiety and maybe idk I don't want to say depression.
I'm debating actually whether I'm only really sad or actually depressed.
But that's all really, I hope you enjoy this book. I'll make more chapters if you guys either give me motivation or I find that motivation somehow ☺︎︎
