Right away he takes a liking to Bishop, but he can't go for her because of her being in a relationship and Gibbs' rules. Well rule number 12 to be exact: Never date a co-worker. Will Ellie learn to love again after a divorce and a boyfriend being killed right in-front of her? Can Nick treat her like a true gentleman and break down those walls? What about Ellie's brothers?
