The land of Discrella is split into two. There's Ontopica, where all the billionaires live in luxury, and there's Hellica, where all the poor are gathered up and left to suffer alone. You're either rich or you're poor. There's nothing in between.

A poor shall not, under any circumstances, cross the border separating the two. If it's not for the sole reason of working for one of the Lords, you'll be slaughtered on sight if you lay a foot in Ontopica. What happens when Natasha Deluca's little niece passes the border?
