Calidris, known as Cali by his 'friends', is a university student who is burdened by the weight of his academic performances and his dysfunctional friend group. Aware of his miserableness and lack of joy in his life, he finds himself wishing for a world-- a reality shift of his current dimension. 

When he awakens, the world his everyday self was familiar with suddenly becomes a warped version of his town- a distorted manifestation of his unconscious thoughts. With the desire to sleep it all off and hide away in his room, Cali must tread through his nightmarish town where he confronts his own personal demons and distorted creatures, in which he realizes the true meaning and reason as to why his world has warped into the way it has become.
