[Book Two of The Arabella Academy Series]

Children are disappearing all over Middlewood.

No one knows why, or even how they are being taken.

Can three teenagers beat all odds and figure out why and where the little children are being taken?

For Jeff, Michelle and Luis, life has never been the same since Marcus' "death". They thought that the world was done throwing them enough mysteries and misfortunes. Little did they know that it was just the beginning of them. Questions start to flood the three students of Arabella Academy after reports come in of students being kidnapped without any ransom being offered. Unable to keep themselves out of it, they decide to get to the bottom of it, as a way of honouring their fallen friend, Marcus.

But what happens when the dead come back from their eternal slumber and the cycle starts all over again?

Stray Humans by AlphaKitten1974
22 parts Ongoing
It's been almost a hundred years since Earth's civilizations fell, leaving only ruins and memories. Long before the collapse, they began taking humans, but now, everyone knows who they are and they fear them. The few who manage to return from their captivity tell stories of how these creatures treat humans like animals or children, tending to them like pets or slaves. Most survivors live in hidden cities, avoiding the ancient ruined cities at all costs. But not Jace and his crew. As a group of Stray Humans, they've made the decaying cities their home, roaming the forgotten streets, never staying in one place for long, and bringing all their skills to the table. They are a family, working together to make sure those things, Aliens, never take another human as long as they are near. When the aliens of A.C.R. (Animal Care and Rescue) find a new group of humans wandering the ruins of a large city, they think it will be an easy capture. But they soon learn that these particular humans have more willpower than most. They dodge every trap, disappear around every bend, and even manage to take some of the already captured humans with them. The aliens pity these "little creatures"-they just don't want to leave their home, but Earth is falling apart at the seams, and they are determined to take the stubborn little humans to the safety of one of the mother planets. No matter the cost. Warning - This story may have (I'm not sure if all of these will be included, but just in case) -Rape -Abuse -Suicidal thoughts and actions -Self-harm -Violence and gore -Uncomfortable scenes (If this isn't your first alien pet book, you know what I'm talking about)

"Three weeks. That's how long I got to have drama-free. I'm not sure what is happening to me or to Oakwood. Nothing's the same since I rolled into town and it just keeps getting weirder. Suspicious agents in suits roam the streets without an explanation. They're staring straight at me. The new Chemistry teacher is NOT who he says he is. I'm doing things I never thought I could. Like, mutant-level things... Lauren, Luc's dead twin sister, hid something from everyone. Something important that may have lead to her demise and that could lead to ours. Hunters are in town. I never knew four words could contain so much dread and terror. I'd rather deal with the Wanderers. I'm on the brink of a breakdown. I need help..." BOOK #2 IN THE SERIES! Ignorance is not bliss... In the wake of ridding Oakwood of Wanderers, other dangers come creeping in and they're somehow linked to Luc's absent twin. The past returns to haunt the mutants in inconspicuous ways. Riley's life is yet again in jeopardy, but this time she's not alone. Luc and his family are all thrown into the teetering balance. More secrets are uncovered. A trap dawns on them all. Invisible threats start crawling from all directions. Who is the real enemy? TW : behaviours of depression and PTSD are displayed. I don't name them, but one of the character will be struggling a lot. It may not be suitable for everybody. Other adult matters are briefly included, but nothing explicit or intense. Rewriting specifications : the main points of the story and end of the book will remain the same, am just going to change a few ways of getting there and adding some extra spice. Feel free to pause the read until the REWRITING sign disappears.

Jace Summers is not your average high school boy, per se. He prefers being himself no matter what anyone else thinks about him, and he's proud of who he is. He has pastel pink hair, stunning deep brown eyes, and a sweet and silky voice that makes all of the girls swoon. Too bad he's gay though, and everyone knows it. Jace has been out to the world since seventh grade and he never got too much trouble from it, which he is thankful for, but he knows he would be okay even if he was bullied harshly. It's just who he is. Alec Walker is a whole other story, however. He is very basic, brown hair, hazel eyes, all-black attire, and he is well-known throughout the school but he doesn't consider himself to be one of the popular kids. He loves skateboarding and singing, has good grades. There's nothing overly unique about him- except his voice could make angels swoon. Both boys are different but not so different that you'd think they would dislike each other. Well, you would be wrong. They hate each other with burning passions. Sorry- hate is a strong word. They loathe each other with deep burning passions. Jace thinks Alec is a jackass know-it-all because that's how he comes off to a lot of people until you get to know him, and Alec thinks Jace is annoying with how he presents himself. Those seem like small things that could be easily overcome, however it's also their encounters in the halls or in classes that cause problems. By now it's just mutual hate that both boys are too stubborn to give up. But when one day they get news that seems like the end of the world... it turns out to be the best thing that has happened to both of them. Not at first, but with time. Read to find out what happens! (Also- it is a mystery to even me how long this story will be. I'll be posting chapters as I finish and we'll see how long it turns out to be. It could be my shortest with like four chapters, or my longest with thirty or more. You never know. I hope you enjoy it though!)

In this narrative, we follow the journey of Jennifer Chinga, the second daughter of Henry Chinga, and Jack Pain, a werewolf who was unfortunately born without a wolf. While Jennifer aspires to become a remarkable hunter like her late father and her sister, Jack dedicates himself to relentless training in order to become one of the most powerful individuals worldwide and seek revenge against the people responsible for wiping out his pack. The story takes an intriguing turn when Jennifer receives a well-deserved promotion as a special hunter. It is during this time that she uncovers crucial information about her father's killer. Simultaneously, in Orial City, Jack's dear friend, who also happens to be his sister, gets abducted. Consequently, Jack and his ally, Peter, embark on a mission to rescue her. Meanwhile, Jennifer becomes aware of the imminent arrival of her father's murderer in Orial City. Driven by determination, she immediately sets out to apprehend the culprit, accompanied by her newly assigned partner. On the other hand, Jack and Peter's primary objective is to locate their sister within Orial City, suspecting that the hunters may be involved in her disappearance. As Jennifer relentlessly pursues her father's killer, she uncovers the true purpose behind this individual's presence in Orial City. Shockingly, this revelation jeopardizes her position as a hunter, threatening her freedom. Meanwhile, Jack and Peter patiently await any leads on the kidnapper's identity, desperately relying on incoming information about their sister's whereabouts. Realizing the common enemy they share, Jennifer joins forces with Jack and Peter to put an end to this threat once and for all. Just when they believe their mission is accomplished, another adversary emerges within Orial City, potentially introducing a whole new set of obstacles to overcome.

"What are these feelings you're talking about?!" he questions still yelling. "That I fucking like you, Daniella Jamie Grey!" I yell. "And I fucking like you too, Arabella May Jhonson!" he yells back. And the next thing I know is that we're no longer yelling. I hadn't even noticed that we went closer and closer to each other until I felt his breath on my lips and his nose nuzzling against mine as he bent to my level, his body towering over mine. I pull him to me and smash my lips onto his and it barely took a second for him to respond to it. ~~~~~ Arabella Jhonson and Daniel Grey unite. How they met each other, you may ask? They met each other because Arabella's cousin and Daniel's father are dating. There's definitely a spark when they met and the spark began to grow as they hung out with each other day by day, especially since they'll be living under the same roof for a little more than three weeks. Oh and not to mention that Daniel lives in Australia, away from Arabella, and he's only come to visit. But that's when the impossibilities come in to play. For one, aren't they technically going to be related if her cousin and Daniel's dad get married? And not only for that reason, but many other reasons that will be revealed as the story progresses. This'll be a story about two teens who go through struggles and a romance between them that seems more than likely to be impossible. Not only do other people get in the way of this romance, but their minds as well. Their minds that remind them why they can't work. And their minds that have their own fears. But can their romance find a way through it all? Or will it all just fall apart? Warning: Contains strong language
