However if these people who have matching charms feel a pull towards each other, they are declared. The situation is so rare that the story is almost considered a legend until it happens again to two unsuspecting wizards.
Thomas did not always have a normal life, in fact, he never really did considering he was a wizard. It was just one afternoon during fourth period that his life took a turn for the completely abnormal. One minute he’s just a student trying to conjure a Patronus next he comes face to face with his soul mate, another boy.
