A cop, a gangster, and a mercenary walk into a bar- Wait, no, it was a shipping yard- for a drug deal. Yeah, that's what is was. A sketchy shipping yard drug deal.
Let me start the joke over. A cop, a gangster and a mercenary end up entangled in each other's lives after a failed drug deal (all I wanted was some good weed, honest), and a botched murder. Can you believe the cop, Olivia, thinks that stick in the mud mercenary killed the dealer? Neither can I. And what's more crazy? Benjamin, the rude mercenary, won't let me out of his sight because of some stupid bounty on my head. He's a real cheap ass when it comes to making a buck.
And with all the murder mayhem and clue shit going on, somehow, I end up attracted to - and possibly in love with - two different people at the same time? Crazy. Lock-you-up-and-throw-away-the-key crazy, if you ask me.

Vengeance
[complete; editing, ROUGH draft] "Say something in Spanish." I snorted, "Like what?" "I don't know... I just want to hear you speak it." Our gaze stayed on each other for more than it should've. But I couldn't look away. Her hair laid out behind her on the pillow, her hands under her cheek and her head nearly under my arm. I inhaled, "Puede que me esté enamorando de alguien que nunca me amará." She parted her lips and for a second I thought she understood me, my heart skipped a beat until she spoke, "And what does that mean?" "It means, this woman beside me asks too many questions," I lied. ***** Oakley Marrero has been nothing but a rebel since witnessing her parent's murder at the age of eight. Cohabitation
It was not Peter's plan to fall for his best friend and her pretty boyfriend Aiden, when he knocked on Olivia's door bloody and looking for a fresh start, but things rarely turn out the way he wants them to. ------------------------ "Can you throw me my bag? Or you know boxers and a shirt?" He yelled through the door once he had himself under control again. "Treasure, it seems there is a naked man in our shower," a voice said. It was a nice voice, deep and melodic and directly on the other side of the door. "It's Peter, would you grab his bag from the kitchen and hand it to him. I'm busy!" She replied. "Well, if it's Peter," the man said. Peter was pretty sure it was Aiden, the boyfriend she was living with. He sounded amused more than anything else. Peter listened to the noises outside the door, but he couldn't really hear Aiden's footsteps, so the knock a few moments later startled him so badly he cursed. "Were you listening?" Aiden asked. "I got your bag, you wanna open the door?" Peter took a breath and opened the door a crack, held out his hand for his bag. "Thanks." "I'm Aiden," he said as he handed the bag over. "I'm naked," Peter replied.Concluida
