Daisy's father said, and she herself agreed, that the Weasleys were one peculiar bunch.

They weren't as affluent, sociable, and affable as her other neighbours. They never came to the local kids' birthdays, they never invited the local kids to their kids' birthdays, they didn't have a phone, and all of her memories about them were completely absurd. So, naturally, when everyone told her to stay away, she did.

Until little six year-old Fred accidentally spilled the beans and brought her into the world of magic... of its ruckus, playfulness, joy, but also its war and terror.

Well... Let's just enjoy the ride.

Emily Potter is not as well known as her little nephew Harry. Emily was only six years old when James and Lily were murdered. Everyone was sure that James' parents weren't going to have another baby, until Emily came around. James loved Emily with all of his heart, so when his parents died, he took her in. Emily lived with Lily and James, and eventually Harry, until the day James and Lily were murdered, then everything changed. Emily was sent to live with James' friend Remus Lupin, as Harry was sent to live with Petunia and Vernon Dursley. Remus cared for Emily as best as he could, considering he didn't have much money to raise a child. Emily loved Remus; seen him like the older brother she had lost. Like her nephew, Emily became friends with Weasleys, but her Weasley friends were Bill and Charlie. When Emily was of age, she still hadn't heard much of her nephew. Remus didn't even tell her that he was still alive until she was almost fifteen. She missed the boy, though she had only really known him for a year before James and Lily were gone. Emily wanted Harry taken in to her care once she was of age, but Dumbledore would not allow it. He believed Harry was safe with the Dursley family. So, Emily left to Romania with Charlie, but not for the same reason as Charlie. While Emily lived in Romania with Charlie, she did not follow the same career path. Charlie worked with dragons, and Emily decided to be a babysitter for wizards and witches. The money was great, which made her wonder why Dumbledore believed she was incompetent of raising Harry. She wanted him to have the best, but she'd never be able to see him. When she does finally meet him once again, not everything is going to be all sunshine and rainbows...

[PLEASE DO NOT READ IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18] "You're kind of like a Safe Haven, you know?" "How long have you been waiting to make that pun?" "You have no idea" Haven Goldspear, an orphan of the War like so many others, was left alone. Both parents killed in the two Wizarding Wars, no direct family she still had contact with, and the fellow Hufflepuffs who could barely be called 'friends'; she was utterly alone in the world. Her coping techniques would probably be discouraged if she went to a therapist but those small acts of her exploding anger were the only things that could keep her going. That, and the newfound friendship she made at Hogwarts when she returned, along with most of the others from her year, as eighth-year students. Harry was grateful for the support the Weasleys had given him over the months but they didn't understand. Their situations were completely different even though they went through the same trauma. Everything angered Harry, he felt alone - weird considering how packed The Burrow was - and the fact that Ron and Hermione sneaked off to Ron's room at least once a day did not help. Maybe Haven's coping techniques weren't therapist-recommended and rarely safe, but it helped them to release all their anger and frustrations. Not only on glassware and walls, but on each other. Rose Granger-Weasley and the Unleashing of Power

18 parts Ongoing

Following Voldemort's death during the Battle of Hogwarts, it seemed as though peace had been restored to the world, and that nothing bad could transpire ever again... until a new dark wizard rose to power and instilled fear in the hearts of witches and wizards across the globe. However, surprisingly, after carrying out only a few attacks - the new Dark Lord withdrew into the shadows and never showed his face again. Some said that he had heard a prophecy. A prophecy which told of a child born in the month of April, in the the year 2006, who would yield a wand powerful enough to vanquish the dark wizard. DISCLAIMER: I do not own the Harry Potter series - all credit for creating this remarkable universe goes to J.K. Rowling! Important Note: This story diverges from the plot/storyline of 'The Cursed Child'. It's set in an alternate timeline.
