Writing it all out helps me let go of the mess in my head. The book contains the type of literature that conveys a thought, describes a scene or tells a story in a concentrated, lyrical arrangement of words to communicate with your inner world.

A 7-year poetic memoir about grappling with Trauma, Mental health, and Crisis of Faith This is a collection of 7 years of poetry I have written about my journey with grief, trauma, abuse, SA, mental health, spiritual crisis, and my journey with God throughout my life. These are my life stories and I have put my blood, sweat, and tears into these poems. I hope my story will help others on their healing and/ or faith journeys. Healing is not linear.

This is a story written in diary form down to the detail. It's about a "perfect year" more detailed, what MY perfect year and hopefully close enough to my friends perfect years. Almost all the characters are based off real people I changed the names. There's drama, love, betrayal, and best of all friendship and the trust that goes into being a good, even a great/best friend.
