(Just when you thought you had read all Dramione Marriage Law fanfic's available on this platform you find yet another, and to your luck this is just that. Enjoy) The Battle of Hogwarts is over, and the Wizarding World is at peace. Our beloved trio is finally safe, and returning to Hogwarts for a final year alongside their classmates before they take on the world on their own. However, the Wizarding World population has declined significantly as a direct result from the war. The Ministry of Magic, had to take action if they intended to save the wizarding population before it hit numbers they could not recover from. A new law was passed to help, but what will this mean for a specific pair when they find out they are to wed. Will they be able to survive the school year without any troubles? Or will they be at each others throat?

All Hermione wanted to do was to return to Hogwarts and finish her education with a bang as Head Girl. After that, she had her whole life sorted out. She would work things out with Ron, work at the ministry, and become Minister for Magic one day. The universe, as usual, had other plans. Draco certainly wasn't expecting McGonagall to pick him as Head Boy but Harry Potter declined and as per usual, he was the second choice. Unsure what the people back in school had in store for then after all the Death Eater business they were involved in, he returns to Hogwarts with his friends to finish their education anyway.
