Jessie Iero had no idea what she was getting herself into when she agreed to help her cousin, Frank, with a "musical project." Before long, she's a permanent replacement for the drummer in the struggling band My Chemical Romance. Not only that, but she is beginning to fall for the introverted, cold-hearted lead singer, Gerard Way.
Gerard Way loves his best friend to pieces, but asking a stupid teenager to fill in for their drummer is conclusive evidence that Frank was dropped on his head as a child. The girl is seventeen, how could she be expected to be in the band full time? And how could Gerard be expected not to fall in love with the beautiful little twat?
The intertwining tale of two people who share not only a love for making music but also a love for each other.

So I'm Editing this as I go a bit as I think I have grown slightly as a writer since first typing this, I also hate huge chunks of it now, so please bare with me as we take this journey together :) Its the first one I ever wrote so it's the usual boy meets girl, boy and girl fall in love, lots of teenage angst, plot twists, drama and things that would probably never happen in real life! Now as everything's falling apart and I have to move to California and in with my Aunt Helena in the middle of my senior year, I just hope I've got enough MCR to help get me through.
