"Get up, we're leaving," TJ said smacking Ricky awake. "R-Ricky?" Violina had regained consciousness. "What the fuck?! Ricky where are we?"

"Chill out baby, we all good."

"Shut your ass up, both y'all get up," AC's charming friend helped them to their feet. "Glory is often short lived, ya' know?" The man smacked Ricky across the face. Violina couldn't contain her shaking legs as she trembled, expelling a fearful set of tears to the brown stained carpet. "Get the fuck up bitch," the man fastened another cloth around her mouth, then Ricky's.

This short story follows a couple that have just returned to the man's home city.  After an altercation in a bar the couple is kidnapped and to survive the man must journey back through his past, re-meeting the people he had once wronged.  As a new man he tackles old obstacles.  He finds another piece of himself he had lost all those years ago.  This is surprisingly a love story.  I hope you enjoy it.All Rights Reserved
