This is a fanfiction for the musical "In The Heights" by Lin-Manuel Miranda and Quiara Alegría Hudes. This takes place two months after the musical, so it starts on Labour Day.
Nina is going back to university, but is worried that her and her boyfriend Benny will drift apart. They have promised to think of each other each night at sunset. But soon, Nina gets distracted, and Benny stops calling. Benny is the only one who won't call or text Nina anymore, and eventually Nina gives up hope that he still wants to be with her.
