Blurry Love

"I hear a crunch of a shoe against a stray leaf and I immediately freeze. I tighten my grip on the railing feeling my gun press against my outer thigh sending me a wave of reassurance.
"I see we still have our head stuck in a book," A deep voice huskily calls out to me.
Pushing away from the railing I collide with a hard body behind me causing my heart rate to accelerate. Whirling around I lock eyes with a familiar enticing pair of murky blue eyes who belong to none other but the prince of the Luciano family. He towers over me but his kind eyes from when we were kids have been altered to a darker and far more dangerous shade. His pink lips curl up into a smirk as he moves the slit of my red dress to the side and places his hand right on top of my gun.
"I hope you weren't thinking of using this, Principessa," he drawls into my ear. "You and me both know what I'm capable of."
I swallow hard, my whole body ablaze with rage causing me to not feel the chill in the air anymore. My eyes are piercing his with pure anger because only he would know exactly where I conceal my gun. "
