Alisa, a newly graduated nurse, finds herself on the other side of the world searching for a job. Having traveled all the way from Latin America to South Korea, she lands a nurse job in the famous SM Entertainment. Looking different, speaking different and bringing into the company a sense of a different type of beauty, she captures the hearts of various members of their biggest boyband, NCT.
As she finds herself working to better the idol's health, she also finds herself living in a daydream. Finding love, happiness, and going through a whole lot of trouble to find the most important thing, herself. All in a country where being different equals failure.
