After the first three killing games took place, it's time for a new killing game to begin. Hiroshi Tanimoto isn't your average everyday high school student, but after one night, he wakes up to find himself trapped in a private school for gifted individuals, along with fifteen other students, each one possessing an Ultimate ability. It doesn't seem to be too bad at first, until a sadistic, talking, murderous teddy bear forces them to compete in a game where life and death itself are put on the line. Will they give into the unbearable despair, or will they cling on to hope?
