SEQUEL TO EMPRESS OF THE SEA.

After losing her ship and her crew to Cronas and Kronos, Aeryn Branche-no longer captain of the White Crow-must learn to move on. But more than that, she has revenge to plan. Aeryn will take down Cronas and Kronos and whoever else gets in her way, even if it means she has to fall with them. Thankfully, she has the Black Egret to provide support, but unfortunately, dealing with its captain, Sehyun Han is a whole other story.

On the other hand, Prince Juele Fiore, once again trapped in his own home, must find a way to stop his father, the King of Auber from waging war against Tereline. But of course, nothing is easy. Juele will have to climb up the ranks and earn access to his father's war council to tear his plan down from within.

Princess Maya Djord, now an escapee from Auber's dungeons, runs into a friend of Han's: Marty. With him, she'll have to return to the Black Egret and inform Sehyun Han of the war to come. But that's not the only thing on the princess's plate. She has the duty of finding Iona, Reyna, and Illorin who were separated from the group upon her arrest.

With everyone separated and nothing but pain coming their way, is there even a token of hope to look forward to?

43 parts Complete Mature
Twelve-hundred years ago, the first king of Sacreon led a rebellion against an empire of witches. The war for who would rule next continues to this day. A false guise of peace came over Ert after two genocides, but there is no one so foolish as to claim the fighting is done. A prophecy claims that war will return to Ert when the moons are full once again on Ascenday. That day is growing closer now, and there is not a fool in the warring nations who does not dread its coming. In the midst of this all, the heirs to Sacreon struggle to find their place in this world of kings and knights and gods and elves and witches. A princess falls for someone she cannot hope to have, prince travels south to broker an alliance, a warrior seeks vengeance for the death of her sister. and the heir to a long forgotten kingdom quests for glory. Behind all of this, one man journeys north to an island of long forgotten magic with plans of justice, and The Wolf Witch goes west, searching for the one who can stop this war and unite Ert once again: The Silver Girl. Note: The Wolf Witch is meant to be a prequel to this book, and Sora will make an appearance, but she will not be a main character. By the way I take huge inspiration and influence from A Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones so if you like that you'll probably like this (and my other writings I hope). Cover created by the most excellent @apprehensiveanne. It's very cool.
