Right after Stormie turns Seventeen, she starts to notice a few changes to her body. She has developed what looks to be a VERY late birthmark, but it is actually a tattoo. The tattoos signify that there is someone else out there who has the matching tattoo, and they are searching to find their “Perfect match”.
