The other Eevees and Eeveelutions have been taught over the years that Jolteons are evil and soulless, and that evolving into one will change your mind for the worse, as well as being a sin against Arceus. Now, about 6 years ago, a couple exploring an old mine discovered one of the very few remaining thunder stones. They brought it home with them, but not without being spotted. Just a week later, they were forced to run away to protect their son from being discovered. They left both him, and the thunder stone behind. Now, 6 years later, there's a certain shiny Jolteon who's about to go on a journey. What may happen along the way? (This is the rewrite of Inside and Out. Some parts may be reused from the original.)
