A young girl played a popular open-world game that used to be hailed as the best game of the year consecutively for almost a decade. Its innovative and immersive gaming experience paved way for a lot of businesses and careers. Now that the massive open-game is on its tenth year, something was triggered in the programming where all the players, even the old ones, have not seen and experienced before.

The Runner (Part I of the Runner Series)
The world as we know it ended 209 years ago. From a desert wasteland springs a single kingdom, ruled by a tyrannical King and trapped in an endless war against the shadowy desert warriors. Imagine the second you're born, a consultant removes you from your mother's grasp and runs a battery of genetic and physiological tests on you. This story is about a young female starting into college that learns there is more to life than having a family, friends, working hard in school, and all the rest. She finds herself ripped from her world to another. The story starts with her being a knight on another planet. She must face her traumas of being a slave, so she ends up writing a journal of what she did go through and felt. We all go through heard times. Each individual must face their fears to overcome them. This is what Marry Wills will do throughout this story.
