Julia Argent is lost after leaving ACME. She's relived of never having to speak to Agents Zari or Devineaux again, but she misses the nature of her job. But when something goes wrong and she ends up in the boat of Carmen Sandiego in the middle of a caper, the red thief strikes her a deal. Julia can stay with them and become a part of their crew, or she can go back to her job at the museum.

He doesn't know why the incident had been eating away at him, it wasn't his first time failing at his job. Azriel finds shocking news that he must keep from Gwyn.
