After a night of passion Dean refuses to acknowledge, Castiel ends up pregnant. Castiel tries to keep their son away, because he knew that if the Winchesters knew about him, they would hunt him down. 
But after several years, Sam finally got the Deanmon locked up. When he calls Castiel for help, he gets his nephew instead.
