After 5 peaceful years in Japan, Ash and Eiji are called back to the big apple to protect Axel from a mysterious new threat that refuses to show it's face. But Axel isn't the only one who requires protection anymore, and the brother and sister find themselves once again trapped at a crossroads.

Struggling to tap into his roots of violence after leaving that life behind, Ash is worried that he won't be able to protect those he loves without once again becoming the monster he had grown up being.
