Rumors to scare gangs or crime lords. Rumors or not, the name alone put criminals on edge, for fear that, when the sun disappeared and the moon came out, they would appear. The Beasts. The Masks.
Every thirty years the organization looks for new recruits. More specifically orphans. For those that have no home or parents to guide them, this could change their whole world. Hand picked by the organization agents, they will be the next generation of assassins.
