Alex is a 20 year old boy who suffers from capgras delusion, a mental illness that makes you feel as if your loved ones have been replaced by imposters. As a results Alex has become very paranoid..of everyone. He lives alone because he feels as if he is the only non-imposter in the world he is living. He tends to try to ignore his paranoia but is this the right choice?
